Cookies And Pixels We Use

These are the cookies, pixels, and similar tools actually used on Arden York:

  • Shopify (including Shopify analytics / Trekkie and Shop / shop.app). Required to run the store, cart, checkout, payments, fraud checks, and basic store analytics.
  • Google Ads conversion tag. Used to measure Google advertising performance, such as add-to-cart and checkout events.
  • Microsoft Clarity. Used for session replay and site-usage analytics so we can understand how visitors use the store.
  • hCaptcha (and related Shopify form-protection tools). Used on contact and account forms to reduce spam and abuse.
  • Payment providers used at checkout, including Shop Pay, PayPal, Apple Pay, and Google Pay. These set their own cookies or similar identifiers to complete payment.

We do not currently use a Meta / Facebook advertising pixel, TikTok pixel, Pinterest tag, or a separate Google Analytics 4 property.

Third-party tools are governed by their own privacy policies. You can also use Your Privacy Choices for applicable advertising opt-out requests.

Children

The store is not intended for children, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under the age of majority in their jurisdiction. As of this policy date, we do not have actual knowledge that we sell or share personal information of individuals under 16.
