Order Processing

  • Orders are processed within 1–3 business days.
  • Order cut-off time is 2pm EST.
  • Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.
  • Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Please note that processing times are separate from shipping times.

United States

  • Standard Shipping: 7–10 business days

International

  • Standard International Shipping: 10–14 business days

Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on your location, customs processing, weather conditions, or carrier delays.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your destination and selected shipping method.

From time to time, we may offer free shipping promotions on qualifying orders.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number via email so you can monitor your package throughout its journey.

If you have not received tracking information within 5 business days of placing your order, please contact our support team.
