Orders are processed within 1–3 business days, then ship. US delivery is typically 7–10 business days; international orders can take 10–14 business days.
Arden York accepts eligible returns within 30 days of delivery. Items must be new/unworn with tags and original packaging. Returns are by mail only, and you cover the return label. There is no restocking fee and we do not offer exchanges. Approved refunds go back to the original payment method within 10 days after we receive and inspect the return.
